God's Plan of Salvation

GOD’S PLAN OF SALVATION

God’s grand plan for us is to be holy;

 1 Peter 1: 15-16-   15But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all
                                 manner of conversation;
                               16Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Jesus was sent to us, for the sole purpose of teaching us about salvation and to teach us how we can have that eternal salvation.  His life, His death, His burial, His resurrection, was the reality of Heaven, put before the eyes of this world.  Only thru Jesus, can we have eternal life.

                                   John 14:6-    6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth,
                                                          and the life: no man cometh unto the Father,
                                                          but by me.

Such pain He suffered for us.  Can you really wrap your mind around such a sacrifice that one man made for you?  Stop and feel the pain He must have suffered.  Feel the hurt not only physical but emotionally, that He had to have felt.  Then, stop and think of what helped Him thru it all.  He knew there was a God, He knew there was a Heaven, He knew what was to come.  It was His passion to help us believe the same as He did.  We cannot see God in a physical body, we cannot see Heaven, it is not upon this earth.  But we can see God and feel God thru the blessings we receive daily, the miracles we sometimes get to witness, the beauty of a sunrise we get to marvel or the smile on a child’s face.

                           Romans 10:17-   17So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of
                                                        God.

If you know that you believe in this man called Jesus and you can humble yourself before Him,
if you can feel a desire to know more about Him, you are feeling Jesus, tugging at your heart.
Ask Jesus into your heart and ask Him to save you.

                         Revelation  3:20-  20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear
                                                        my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and
                                                        will sup with him, and he with me.

                           Matthew 18:2-3-  2And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the
                                                        midst of them,
                                                       3And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and
                                                        become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom
                                                        of Heaven.

Admit to Jesus that you are a sinner.  Ask Him to forgive you of these sins.

Believe that Jesus hears and forgives if you come to Him humbly and truthfully.

Confess Him as a living Savior, that has gone before us, to prepare a place for us.

This place is called Heaven.

If you ask Jesus into your heart, find a good Bible based church to attend.  We don’t have to go to church, we get to.  This is our way of showing reverence unto Him.  We give back to Him in our tithes, our time and our talents.  Get involved in things that are going on in your church, find your place on the team.  Go to Him always, in prayer, He is always with you. You can have a personal relationship with Jesus. Read His word, it teaches how we should live.  Live to be holy, as He is holy.
